A Midsummer Night's Dream Volunteers signup sheet

Now that our Spring play is rehearsing and the crew is building the set, we would like to invite you to help make the show a success.

Here are ways you can help During the show:

Publicity
Asking banks to put signs up, posting the posters in local businesses... anything you can think of.

Ticket Sales
Selling tickets one hour before the show, staying 15 minutes after the show opens to get stragglers.

Concession Sales
Selling soda, candy, and cookies before the show and during intermission.

Drama and Candy Grams
Putting together little notes for audience members to send back to cast and crew members.

Flower Sales (Or maybe objects? something for creative. Any ideas?
Selling flowers for $3 to $5 during the show for cast and crew members.

Rehearsal Dinners
The cast and crew has long nights during tech week, so we give them a dinner break with the option of choosing to eat what we give them. It is 3 nights.

Photography
Taking photos of the students working, performing and having fun during the show and rehearsals. It’s a wonderful memory piece for the kids after the show closes.
