Thank you for your interest in helping with Hot Lunch at Peace Arch, and a special welcome to Kindergarten parents who are joining Hot Lunch for this round! Our Hot Lunch Program is one of our main PAC fundraisers, and requires many parent volunteers to make the magic happen. THANK YOU for volunteering and supporting our school!

POD SUPERVISORS - 9 PARENTS - 11:40am - 12:25pm (45 mins.)
• 11:40am-12:05pm:
- Check in at PAC kitchen to let us know you're there (just down the hall from the school office)
- Oversee student lunch monitors distributing lunches in each classroom of the POD
- Ensure that only lunch monitor students are entering buildings during this time, and that lunches are being distributed correctly and in a timely fashion in all classrooms
- Discrepancy with an order? PARENT VOLUNTEERS should return to the PAC kitchen to speak with the hot lunch leader.
• 12:05pm-12:25pm:
- All students come in from playing outside to eat lunch.
- Help younger students open milk cartons, lunch containers as needed.
- Trouble-shoot any discrepancies as needed.
- Ensure empty bins & bags are returned to the PAC kitchen.

HOT LUNCH ASSISTANT - 1-2 PARENTS - Times Vary, Appx 11:00am-1:00pm (2 hours)
