Registration is primarily in the Hotel Lobby except where it states "roam/roaming".
- Roam/Ballroom: check-in arrivals near door of ballroom.
- Roam/Lobby: check-in arrivals in lobby at a single table.
Please include both an email address *AND* phone number as this is how we will contact you.
PLEASE NOTE: Volunteers are expected to create a welcoming, inclusive, and safe environment and are to treat all guests and hotel staff with professionalism and respect. Alcohol consumption must not impair judgement or behavior. Intoxication and belligerent behavior will not be tolerated.
