Bridge to Brunch 2025 signup sheet

Pre race set up- This will take place the afternoon before the race, Friday, October 10th from 2:00-5:00pm. Light lifting and bending required.

5K Course Marshal- This position is for an adult that is part saftey officer, part cheerleader. Directing runners and keeping them safe along the route are key. Duties include a proper understanding of the course, being able to stop pedestrian and/or traffic while runners cross. Standing is required. You will be provided a route map.

Course guide - Cheers on our runners/walkers. Standing, waving, clapping, cheering required. Ensure athletes are following the course, you will be placed on the course near directional arrows or markers.

Water Station- As runners/walkers pass by, hand out water to participants. As you hold out cups to runners, hold cup at the bottom so the athlete can easily grasp the cup from you. Continue to pick up cups so that runners have discarded on course to maintain safe and clear course for participants.

Gear Check- This position takes the runner's belongings, places them in a white garbage sack with clearly marked bib number written on each sack. Arranging by chronological number. Returning the sacks to each runner/walker after the race

Registration - This position passes out bib numbers and beanie hats to each particpant that has pre-registered. All packets will be arranged alphabetically. Sunny dispositon and standing required.

Finish Line Brunch Area - Where the Need is Greatest - Duties tbd, may include standing, lifting, passing out items to participants

Selfie Station- Offer to take photos of athletes using their phones, at the race backdrop.

Volunteer check in- Assist volunteers checking in for the event. Duties include passing out volunteer items, communicating tasks. Sunny disposition and standing required.

Clean up Crew- duties include cleaning up after the race. Light lifting and bending are required.
