If you are attending as a guest (with a purchased ticket), please only volunteer for one task below & enjoy the evening!

General Event Setup: Unload & organize equipment, setup tables, chairs, table covering, decor, etc
Silent Auction Setup: Unloading items, arranging items on tables
Welcome Table: Name tags, wristbands, smiles
Silent Auction Monitors: Bid sheet monitoring, answering questions, circle winners at end
Auction Processing: setup checkout tables, post winners on display board, prepare slips
Auction Processing: Retrieve items for winners, hand out slips to winners
Auction Checkout: Taking credit cards/check/cash for payment of donations/silent auction items
Event Cleanup: Time to clean up all the events equipment from the Yacht Club back into the HBL van
