An info email will be sent out the week of the event.
Dress Code: Please wear all black with one of your favorite pairs of shoes. You will be on your feet for a while, so make sure they're comfy.
Many of you will be guiding attendees from the street. Please wear warm clothes.
Other: We will be providing bottled water and limited food.
DAY OF EVENT:
4:30 PM Orientation. Ask for Teresa. We will be going over ground rules and questions for helping.
6 PM- Guest will arrive.
6:45 PM -Doors will open. Ushers will help guide guests.
7:00 PM -Music starts. Once all our guests are situated, you are more than welcome to enjoy the concert
