Volunteers at the Ag Education Center help provide fun, hands-on learning experiences for visitors of all ages. Duties may include assisting children with activities such as planting corn or seeds, helping lead guided tours, working at educational stations, or serving ice cream.

All tour guides are provided with a guide that includes the facts and talking points for each station. Anyone can be a tour guide—no agriculture background is required. Volunteers help create a welcoming environment and play an important role in making each visit educational and enjoyable.
