Sorting Gifts signup sheet

Grab a friend, bring a cup of coffee and hang out in the North Pole (the storage room at the top of the stairs to the gym) for an hour (max). All our donations need to be quality assured and sorted!

All parents will drop donations off at the front office, in the boxes provided. We need to bring them down the hall to the storage room. Then, we need to organize them by category (boys/girls/teenboy/ teengirl/ mom/dad/baby/stuffy/ puzzles&games, etc) and make sure they are fit for re-gifting.

Also, we will check that toys that require batteries are operational. And as we fill up on gifts, they need to be taken down to a larger storage room in the gym, where they will wait until the big day!
