2026 Party for a Purpose signup sheet

Thank you for your interest in volunteering at Team Survivor Northwest's Party for a Purpose, happening on Friday, October 2nd at The Mountaineers (7700 Sand Point Way NE, Seattle, WA). We look forward to celebrating over 30 years of movement and connection for cancer survivors.

Volunteer positions include:
*Set up: help putting up decorations, setting tables, organizing chairs, stage. Longer shift, starting early before the program.
*Greeter: help to greet guests at different areas around the venue to help guests find the access door. Mostly standing and walking around with a smile.
*Registration & Manual Donation Entry: look up guests manually on spreadsheet and check them off. Need to be quick not to have guests waiting in line. Will have pledge cards for guests to fill out. Need to be quick to enter manually in the system during the program.
*Photographer: roam the event taking photos of the action. Camera or high-quality mobile device required. Need to download photos on shared drive to send to guests.
*Tech Support: help with audio, lights, music, laptop and printer setup
*Food Set Up Stations: organize food platers. Mostly standing and walking from kitchen to main room.
*Food Station: organize food platers and pass around appetizers. Mostly walking around the venue.
*Bar Station: serve mocktails and cocktails for guests. Need WA MAST permit.
*Clean up: help bring down decorations, tables, pile chairs, clean food platers, linens, glassware and drinks.
