JULY 2025 Shift Lead signup sheet

Purpose of the Vest:
- Ensures the event has an official "always on duty" representative throughout the run schedule.
- Ensures each person has ample "off duty" time, to enjoy the event, interact with the attendees, and have rest time
- Ensures that the logistics committee, as well as the volunteer leads are not solely responsible for wrangling the volunteers or giving direction throughout the weekend, so that they might also enjoy the event and get ample rest time.

Responsibilities of the Vest:
- Do figure eights throughout the parliament grounds and play areas to identify opportunities for restock, housekeeping, safety or facilities, or equipment care
- Identify Volunteers on duty during schedules vest time-slot, and ensure they are being leveraged to complete tasks.
- Board members, Check-in with the Front desk to ensure they have all materials needed and no complaints have surfaced from attendees
