Descriptions of Volunteer Roles:
Greeter/Check-in Table- Offer warm welcome, check in people who have pre registered, stationed at front entrance
Silent Auction- Set-up, stage and sell silent auction items as an additional fundraiser
Beer Pourers- Serve beer at different stations with the help of a partner- training provided before event begins
Floater- Float between different roles and help where ever is needed, depending on the quirks of the evening
Take Down Crew- Clean up and take down materials after dinner ends
Please Note:
All volunteers must be 21+ to volunteer during the event. Anyone under 21 can volunteer for set up or take down.
