Beginning on July 9th, we will be selling backpacks for Gracers to fill with school supplies for our backpack drive. We need 12 individuals to help with sales each Sunday (6 for the 9am Service and 6 for the 11am Service. Volunteers should be at the table 15 minutes before the service begins and then plan to stay after the service for at least 30 minutes in order to collect the money for the backpacks, and for those backpacks turned in, to be able to conduct a supply items check for each backpack. Tables will be set up at the atrium (coffee area) and west (warehouse) side entrance (across from K-5 Kids Zone) of the church. Volunteers will accept $20 cash, check or credit card for each backpack. The backpacks will have school supply lists attached to them. Please encourage the participants to ensure the backpacks are complete when returned no later than August 13th. Each table should have a "Table Captain" assigned, so please check with them for any further instructions.
