**Meet in the Grand Hall**
WHAT: Volunteers for POTLUCK main dishes, appetizers, side dishes, and desserts. Volunteers are also needed for setup and cleanup.
Please carefully read the description and time frames listed below. You can volunteer for more than one task. For example, you can bring a side dish for ten AND volunteer to help clean up.
"OPEN" Column — Explained:
The OPEN column shows how many potluck and volunteer spots are still open.
"Bring an Appetizer or Side Dish for 10" — Explained:
This means you can sign up to bring a side dish or appetizer, but please be sure to make enough for ten people. :)
The same goes for desserts and main dishes. Please bring a serving utensil for your dish.
For banquet setup/cleanup VH, use NTX: Administrative Work - Hospitality drop-down. Then, enter the Awards Banquet setup/cleanup in the comments.
