Below are the roster times for the 2026 Wednesday 12th August learning journey pizza and bake sale shifts for volunteer signup and also donations list for the drinks and bake sale.
** BAKERS **
We have council approval and need cookies, cupcakes, slices, muffins, bliss balls, chocolate crackles, honey joys etc list below or come up with your own ideas!
There are specific guidelines that we have to work to such as no fresh cream, no cream cheese, no custard and no ganache.
Each serve will be sold for $3 each and ideally will be wrapped by the baker though MUST be labelled with all ingredients and allergens listed. Please be advised that we cannot label cakes made with gluten free ingredients as "Gluten Free" as there may be risks of cross contamination with other wheat products being sold on the day. You can label them as “Low Gluten”. Labels can be as simple as typing your information and then copying/pasting (handwriting is acceptable also) multiple times on to 1 sheet, cutting out and sticky-taping to your wrapping.
Bakers please DELIVER their baked goods to the school between 2:30pm-3:15pm on Wednesday 12th August, please use containers you are happy to not get back, unless you want to come and collect them back at 5.30pm from the bake sale at the end of learning journey – then please label them.
