The YG 2024 Auction will be on November 15, 2024 from 6:00-8:00pm!
We will need a variety of help over the next 3 weeks to make. Please consider volunteering for one or more tasks listed below.
- Pre-Auction: Prepare, organize, and transport items prior to November 15th. All items are currently at the PTO President's house in the Santa Clara area. These times are flexible so please text Jamie (561.371.0526) to set up a time.
- Set Up: Set up tables, chairs, auction items on the 15th at YG
- Table Monitors: Monitor tables to make sure items are not damaged or misplaced
- Cashier Helper: Collect items and finalize totals for the cashiers
- Clean Up: Breakdown tables, clean up space, box unsold items
Student volunteer shifts are open to any high school students with community service hours available upon request.
