Hosts to Guide Families - Saturday, Dec. 20, 2025 signup sheet

If you are hosting together as a group (like a family), list all first names (or number if not enough space) on the same line so that your sign-up will only be counted as one host. Children must be at least 8 years old to participate; no more than 2 children per one adult. Children must be at least 17 years of age to be a host by themselves. Hosts will guide families through the event center. If this is your first time hosting, please email a request for a detailed description of what you will be doing to info@santa-bob.org.
NOTE: These are overlapping shifts. If you would like to sign up for more than one shift, make sure to choose a shift that is After your previous shift end time. End times are APPROXIMATE. Please complete your hosting and do not leave your family unattended. You may be done to return to the front intake station once the family is in line at the bicycle area. If you need to leave by a certain time, and you still have at least 20 minutes remaining, please ask for a small family for your last lap.
***Please Read To The End: Volunteers will escort families through the venue and help children select a book, a stuffed animal and a toy. You will also assist them in Olivia's Corner, where the children as a family unit will select a single gift for a caregiver that will be wrapped for them to give at Christmas. This position will require a lot of walking, talking, and you will be assisting in carrying the bag that items are collected in. You also will have to be firm in not allowing adults in the children-only areas. There will be helpers in the toy, book, and stuffed animal areas if you have more than one child in your group. [More in-depth information will be supplied closer to the event date as to what and how things will take place.] Once you have made the rounds with your first family, you report back to the host line for your next family. Spanish-speaking hosts can sign up separately (scroll down for the times). You are welcome to continue hosting after your shift end time (roll into the next shift and stay as long as you wish).
