2019 Affordable Arts Festival signup sheet
Every year in August, on the Sunday before Labor Day weekend, over 160 artists from around the country come to Colorado to offer art patrons the unique opportunity to buy fine art for $100 or less. The response to the festival has catapulted it into the fastest growing show in Colorado and to being a Nationally top 25 ranked show out of over 600 festivals in the country (ArtFair Sourcebook rankings) and we are the best place to find affordable arts in Denver! We are in need of great volunteers to help make this year another success! Thank you for considering this opportunity.

Set Up: Set up includes moving tables and chairs from the dining hall to the west lawn (ticket booth, info booth, food court etc.). We will have dolly’s and golf carts available for the move. Volunteers should be able to lift 20 – 30 lbs.

Ticket Sales: Responsible for taking cash, making change & running credit cards. Training will be provided for use of the wireless credit card machines. Each guest must be handed a ticket & told to stand in line after their purchase, until the gates open at 9:00 am. The busiest time for this position are the morning shifts.
