Welcome and thank you. Without your help FIST FEST would not happen. We are an all volunteer, non-profit organization. Your help is vital to keep costs down and for the very survival of the events. Below is a list of assignments throughout. Note that all the slots were created to be brief and easy to achieve, most are 30 minutes in length. To begin we need help with SET UP on Wednesday. Next is REGISTRATION; those are 3 hour shifts but you’ll also be first to meet all those handsome men. We need some monitors to help with the swag bag table. And then the 30 minute SUPPLIES AND DRINKS RESTOCKING shifts start; they consist of restocking beverages and supplies (paper towels and puppy pads,) removing trash, and cleaning up. Any BARTENDING or MARY’S AND MIMOSAS shift is handing out ice in a cup so your lubey hands don’t touch the ice. There is setting up for HELL HOLE and tearing it down afterwards. And finally TEAR DOWN on Saturday evening where we dismantle and put everything away for next time.
EVERY 30 MIN SHIFT WILL GET A RAFFLE TICKET INTO A DRAWING FOR FUTURE WEEKEND PASSES AND SOME OTHER FUN STUFF!!! THE DRAWING IS SUNDAY MORNING AT 9AM. WE WILL BE DRAWING THE LUCKY WINNERS.
