Airshow Watch Party 2026 signup sheet

Join us as we welcome guests for the Airshow Watch Party! We will be needing help with different areas, including:
Check tickets at the gate - Guests will purchase 1 carload ticket per car, we need to either see or scan their ticket as they come through (depending on technology)
Parking Assistant/Direct Traffic - Help guests find places to park - this is usually a very busy position
Runner - This position checks on other volunteers, takes them water, makes sure they don't need breaks and generally assists with whatever is needed
Assist with outdoor planes - This position is on the ramp (tarmac) behind the building, and assists guests with getting into planes, giving them information about the planes, etc. - it is a general crowd control and customer service position
