Wilmington, NC Riverfest • October 4-5 signup sheet

Be part of an unforgettable community celebration along our beautiful riverfront, featuring live music, delicious food, and fun activities for all ages. We need enthusiastic volunteers like you to help make our 2025 festival a resounding success! We need dedicated volunteers to assist with setup, logistics, and breakdown. Your support will ensure a safe, enjoyable, and memorable experience for everyone attending.

Shifts are available on Saturday, October 4, 2025 from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM and Sunday, October 5, 2025 from 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM.

Important Details:
• ALL volunteers MUST sign up and attend in-person event training on Friday, October 3, 2025 from 5:30 to 6:30 pm.
• After selecting and signing up for desired shifts, please "sign up" for your T-shirt size. (One shirt per volunteer.)
• Volunteers must manage their own transportation to and from downtown Wilmington, NC.
• Volunteers must be 18 years of age or older to sign-up and participate; Youth volunteers aged 14 to 17 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian volunteer for the entirety of their volunteer shift. --Please sign up individually and indicate connection in Last Name field. Ex: Smith (age 14) | Smith (Dad)--
