Freeland Film Festival signup sheet
Freeland Film Festival is seeking volunteers to assist with their exciting weekend.
From Evelyn: I am excited to let you know that we have set up a time for all volunteers to meet regarding our Freeland FIlm Festival Sept 12-14th! We are looking for volunteers in various roles: from Friday night Opening Night events to Sunday wrapping up after an exciting weekend! And, our Festival Producer, Molly Ferrill, will be on hand to meet you all Monday! She and I will identify needs and expectations based on your availability. Some of you may already have signed up at TOH (sign up genius) OR through Town Square Community Center's platform. Or not....in any event, we hope you can make it Monday August 25th in the lower level (basement) at 10:30 am at the Caestecker Library. Bring a friend or family member if they might be interested, too. We have 3 Venues that we are seeking volunteers for: Thrasher, Town Square, and Caestecker (Sat only).
Please come for our listening session and consider what might work out best for you! Thank you again for all you ALL do!
Oh, and if you can not make this event, please let me know and we will set up a time (after work hours,etc) that is more suitable for you. We know our lives are busy, and we will do what we can to accommodate your busy schedules, as well as our own!
I'll end with this...without our volunteer base, we would not be able to do what we have done. For example, we have 3 volunteers step up just this week to help at the 50/50 raffle at our very own Concert in the Park. And because of these awesome volunteers, we raised over $500! So, thank you, thank you, and thank you!!
