Steeples and Stacks Concert signup sheet
Volunteers are needed for our Steeples and Stacks concert at 2:00PM on Saturday, July 11, 2026 at First English Lutheran Church. Contact director Heather Helsel with specific questions at 703.389.1298 or email echopointchorale@gmail.com
Greeters: One person at each of the main doors to the church (one from the parking lot, one from main street). Your role is the hold the door and welcome people to the concert and let them know they are in the right place! This role requires standing for roughly 30-45 minutes before the concert starts.
Ushers: It is the responsibility of the ushers to stand at the inner doors near the sanctuary to pass out programs as guests arrive. This role requires standing roughly 30-45 minutes prior to the concert.
Information and Donation Table: This role is to be at a table in the fellowship hall that has information about the ensemble, a place to accept donations (not required, but graciously accepted), and sell audio recordings of the program. This is a role for those who can come before the concert and stay after the program to sit at a table and talk to patrons.
