POTLUCK FOR OUR TEACHERS (during P/T interviews) signup sheet
Hello BCS Families,
As our incredible staff are putting in long hours during parent-teacher interviews, we’d love to bless them with a potluck dinner on both evenings — and we need your help to make it happen!
Please sign up for one of the listed food items and bring your dish to the school by 4:15 p.m. on your selected day. Hot dishes should arrive warmed and ready to serve. To help accommodate everyone:
- Please label dishes with ingredients (only when it’s not obvious what is included).
- If possible, please avoid fish dishes.
- All items must be nut-free, as we are in a nut-free environment.
- Label your dishes/containers — they will be washed and ready for pick-up on Monday.
We are also looking for two volunteers each evening to help set out dishes, manage clean-up, and store any leftovers. This can be done before or after your interview.
