Spring Spirit Wear Run signup sheet

🌸 Colts Spirit Wear — Spring Run Delivery Day

Help us spread Colts spirit across the school! This is a fun, organized, behind-the-scenes volunteer role that helps ensure every student receives their order smoothly.

Expected Delivery

Orders are expected to arrive at the school April 17 around 10:00 AM.
Sorting and distribution will take approximately 2 hours once the boxes arrive.

What You’ll Do

• Unpack and sort sealed order bags (receipt and order form attached)
• Set aside any orders marked for parent pickup
• Sort orders by classroom (Mrs. S has the master classroom list if needed)
• Deliver bags to classrooms after checking in with the teacher
• Report any issues (quality, sizing, or missing items) to Blair Sports and CC Sara
• Tidy the workspace before leaving
• Optional: snap photos of volunteers or deliveries (no student faces)

Volunteer Shifts (Approx. 2 hours)

🌞 Sorting Crew (10:00 AM)
• Unpack boxes and begin sorting orders by classroom

🌆 Delivery Crew
• Finish sorting and deliver bags to classrooms

Meet Here

📍 In front of the art cupboards (to the right of the office)

• 1–2 folding tables will be set up for sorting
• Orders will be delivered directly to the school

Communication

Sara will create a WhatsApp group and send an info email with:
• Volunteer list
• Key contacts
• Day-of updates

Volunteer Credit

You will receive approximately 2 hours of volunteer credit.
