Outdoor Evening Prayer Service 8/30/2020 signup sheet

If you plan to attend the outdoor evening prayer service (compline, no communion) at Ann Ferentz and Chris Pollari's home in Arlington, Mass. on August 30, 2020 at 6 pm, please sign up below. Attendance will be limited to 25, including worship leaders and our hosts; please sign up each person individually so that we can maintain an accurate count. Plan to wear a mask over your nose and mouth throughout the service, which will include keyboard music but no singing. The Ferentz/Pollari home is accessible by car or MBTA bus; directions will be provided.

Please sign up by 12:30 pm on Sunday, August 30. You will receive an email either confirming the service or cancelling due to weather by 1 pm on Sunday.

By signing up, you attest that you have not been around anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 14 days; that you have not had a cough, sore throat, or trouble breathing in the last 72 hours; that you have not lost your sense of smell or taste; and that you do not have a rash, vomiting, or diarrhea. You will be asked to re-attest to your health when you arrive.
