Hallowe’en Disco 2025 signup sheet

Thank you so much for volunteering to help at this year’s Hallowe’en Disco! We would not be able to run these events without your support!

To volunteer, please add your name to your chosen tasks at the disco. There are a wide variety of tasks needing filled. You can volunteer for part of a disco, a whole disco or both discos. Note that the tasks are mostly broken down into half hour time slots. If you are planning to volunteer for a task for longer than 30 minutes, please remember to add your name to all relevant time slots for the task.

By signing up as a volunteer, you are agreeing that you are allowed to work with children and will abide by Inchture Parent Council’s policy regarding this. A copy of this policy will be available at the event.

If you think you’re likely to volunteer with us annually at our Halloween Disco (and perhaps other events), please consider getting a PVG check for volunteering with Inchture Parent Council.
