Please offer your support to the Monkton Park Game On Scarecrow Trail with behind the scenes help, selling trail sheets, or helping with the BBQ and Bar.
Positions available;
Set Up - Help us organise the event the morning of the trail, set up tables, BBQ, put up gazebos etc
Tidy Up - The reverse of the set up :-) Help us put everything away again.
Selling trail sheets and refreshments - Taking cash/card payments for the trail sheets, cakes, ice creams and teas and coffees - along with making them.
Arts and Crafts - Help oversee our arts and crafts area.
BBQ and Bar - We need people who can help cook the food and also people to serve the food and drinks.
So get a few friends together to team up and help make this event a success!
If you'd like to help but don't think you can for the full timings listed below please do let us know and we can work something out.
