Thank you for your interest in volunteering for the 2nd annual Cupid Carnival hosted by Pop Events by So Chic benefitting the OSF HealthCare Children's Hospital of Illinois! We are looking for volunteers to help us each session run the games and activities for the children and families that will be in attendance. This year's event is held again the Holiday Inn Grand Prairie ( 7601 N Orange Prairie Road, Peoria, IL)
This year's event is two days: Saturday, February 1st from 2 - 4pm and Sunday, February 2nd from 11am - 1pm and 2 - 4pm. You will notice the volunteer shifts allow for flexibility to arrive early and get your assignment day of as well as stay to help straighten up after. We are also looking for volunteers to help set up on Friday, January 31st and tear down on Sunday, February 2nd.
All volunteers will receive a volunteer t-shirt. After signing up, please email your t-shirt size to foundation.events@osfhealthcare.org. Jeans, athleisure and gym shoes are appropriate.
Lunch will be provided for any volunteers that stay for the entire day on Sunday, February 2nd.
We ask that all our volunteers have an "All In" mentality to ensure the flow and success of this event. Please note volunteers may be asked to do other roles not outlined above - our main goal is providing the best experience for the children and families in attendance!
