Merchants security

The purpose is to prevent anyone who is not a merchant from entering through this location. It is mostly to allow merchants the freedom to be able to bring in their wares and be able to set up with limited interference from those wishing to shop. With the exception of the Event Stewards and Gate staff, all others should enter through the main doors. Shifts will be in one hour increments.

Ballroom security

Location: Ballroom doors, one on each side of the bar. - 1 person per door

The purpose is to prevent people from entering while the hotel staff is switching over the room from one function to another. During the first switch over, fighters will be allowed to continue to remove their equipment until 3. At that time any remaining items will be moved to the back of the ballroom and not be able to be retrieved until doors re-open for court. Shifts will be in one hour increments.
