• Dispatcher - Directing Forklift Operators: (VOLUNTEER POSITION) - Exhibitors will come to information booth and request a forklift driver. The volunteer keeps a list of lift request. As lift operators finish a job the volunteer would direct them to the next lift. This helps our lift operators because then they do not have to drive the lift back to the information building, they just call in on the radio.

• Setup/Check-in Building Coordinator: (VOLUNTEER POSITION) - The volunteer is assigned a building. As indoor exhibitors arrive, the volunteer would show them their booth.

• Information Building: (VOLUNTEER POSITION) - Volunteer sits inside information building and answers any questions attendees may have. We provide you with a binder and computer to look up information. Volunteer would also hand out programs if people need them when they come to the window.

• Shuttle - Whistle Blower: (VOLUNTEER POSITION) - Volunteer sits on the shuttle and as people want to get on or off, the volunteer blows their whistle so the driver stops.

• Foundation Breakfast Runners: (VOLUNTEER POSITION) Volunteer assists with the pancake breakfast.

**Pop and Water Stand: $300 plus tips. Group must have a minimum of four (4) people. Youth are welcomed to assist, however, we ask that at least two (2) individuals are adults.

• Gate Attendants: (VOLUNTEER POSITION) Volunteers are located at each entrance of the show. They will hand out programs and welcome people and make sure vehicles do not drive onto the grounds.
