HSP25 - Food Donations signup sheet
Thank you for contributing food or drink to the 2025 picnic! This year we are fortunate to have the majority of our food donated from local restaurants/businesses so the list below is mostly buns and drinks. It would be amazing if our Huron community could fill all the remaining slots and allow us to maximize profits to feed back into our school.
On the list below, there is one President's Choice item that is specific to LOBLAWS/NO FRILLS. All other items can be found at various grocery stores or COSTCO. We just ask that you please pay attention to the brand and the quantity of each item. If shopping at local grocery stores, some of these items may be sold in smaller packages, so multiples may be needed to match the desired quantity. For the Heinz Condiments, if you can't find the combo packs, please try to purchase the largest size of each condiment you can find (squeeze bottles only please).
Donations can be dropped off to the staff room the week leading up to the picnic and up until 3:00 PM on June 5th.
