Food Receiving Team - Receive food and label for Christmas dinner. Place food in appropriate locations.

Decorating Team - Decorate the hall, including Christmas trees, with the decorations provided.

Hall Set Up - Place the following on each table: table cloth, placemats, cutlery, salt & pepper shakers, napkins, etc. Set up beverage station - instructions will be provided on the 24th.

Kitchen Team 1 - de-boning turkeys and hams(if bone-in). thawing bagged vegetables, putting together "goodie boxes" with baking provided.

Kitchen Team 1 B - cooking turkeys and hams - slicing and putting in trays for the 25th dinner

Kitchen Team 2 - Prepare and cook turkeys, hams, and cranberry sauce.

Kitchen Team 3 - Prepare vegetables, mashed potatoes and gravy. Carve turkeys and hams. Place food in chafing dishes between 4:30 pm - 4:45 pm. Cut and plate. pies. Add whipped cream prior to serving. The designated kitchen runner is responsible to ensure the chafing dishes in the annex room are full at all times during dinner service.

Food Servers - Serve food from the chafing dishes to our guests. Please remain at your station until your designated break time.

Table Servers - Assisting people with mobility issues. Aid guests with mobility issues get their food. Table servers must be attentive to the table numbers called so that they are ready to lend a hand when needed. Serve dessert and bus tables.

Washing Dishes Team 1 - Wash pots, pans and other items that the Kitchen Team has used.

Washing Dishes Team 2 - Run dinner plates through the dishwasher and place in the annex room. Washing other items that the Kitchen Team has used.

Washing Dishes Team 3 - Continual washing of dishes and cutlery. Replenish dishes in the annex room as new guests will be arriving.

Hostess - Leads guests to their tables. Tables must always be filled from the back of the hall to the front. Provide assistance to anyone with mobility issues. Once a table has been bussed, the table must be wiped down and re-set with cutlery and napkins so that more guests can be seated.

Greeters - Greet guests at the east-side entrance and prepare a name tag for each guest. You are to remain at your table at all times, as guests are welcome anytime between 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm. If needed, you can assist Security with handing out "goodie boxes" to departing guests.

Beverage Team Leader - Prepare the beverages (coffee, tea, punch, water) and re-stock cream, sugar and stir sticks.

Beverage Team - Ensures that all beverage containers are full at all times. Clean the beverage area and dispose of any waste. Re-stock cups and mugs. Advise Team Leader if beverages or supplies are running low. Assist guests with taking beverages to their tables, if needed. Bus tables, as needed.

Entertainment - Looking for someone wishing to provide any form of Christmas Entertainment for 4 hours.

Security - Guests must only enter via the east-side door. The south door MUST remain locked at all times. Ensure guests and premises are safe from harm. This will be accomplished by conducting periodic sweeps of the premises, both inside and out. In addition, you will be asked to hand out "goodie boxes" to departing guests.

Bathroom Attendant (1 male & 1 female) - You will ensure that the restrooms remain clean. Alert Security if there are issues in the washrooms. Assist in handing our the "goodie boxes" to departing guests.

Final Clean Up and Lock Up - Clear off and wipe down tables, stack chairs, sweep the floor, clear out the annex room and prepare the hall for Sunday morning Coffee and Children's liturgy.

Drivers for people who need a ride - Pick-up and drop-off guests at the east-side entrance as needed. All drivers must wear reflective vests for their safety - will be provided. Drivers will have name cards to provide to their guests so that guests know who will provide them with a ride home.

Children's Activity Coordinator - Must ensure all children are signed in when they arrive and signed out when they leave, as per parish policy. There will be several activities for the children which the Coordinators will oversee, and provide supervision. They will also escort the children to visit Santa. Coordinators will help children get their meals prior to the adults getting their meals.

Children age of 3-15 - Volunteers ONLY that are bringing their children to the hall must register children online(PLEASE PROVIDE CHILD'S NAME AND AGE) so that we know how many children Santa will be expecting.
