Fair preparation: Bag sweets, tombola preparation, organisation of stock for stalls

Set-Up: dressing the playground with the decorations, setting up of gazebos, trestle tables and signage.

Set-Up of stalls: Each stall will need a trestle table, decorations, signs, pricing list

Front of House: Collect donation on entrance, welcome people, ensure no dogs on site

Cake Stall: ensure stock ready for start of the fair, serve cake and take money

Cake Stall: serve cakes, take money and clear stall and produce at the end of the fair.

Popcorn: set up popcorn machine, serve popcorn, take money and clear stall and produce at the end of the fair.

Craft Stall - Wooden Wind Chimes: help children make windchimes, take money

Games - Toy Tombola: Preparing stock for stall, checking tickets, taking money and issuing prizes.

Games - Toy Tombola: Replenishing stock as needed, checking tickets and taking money. Clearing stall away at the end of the fair.
