SCHOOL DISCO 2025 signup sheet

THURSDAY 28th AUGUST
We need parents to supervise and help at the disco.
Parents at sign in desk need to record signature, parent/guardian phone contact and who is picking up next to child's name on class list.
Parent supervisors during the disco will be required to wear a neon vest (supplied) and will be the only parents allowed to enter.
Parents on the sign out desk will be required to record parent/guardian signature when child is picked up.
2 people to be in charge of Photo Booth
2 people to organise and hand out food packs at the end of the session
