SCHOOL DISCO 2024 signup sheet
THURSDAY 10th OCTOBER 2024
We need parents to supervise and help at the disco.
Parents at sign in desk need to record signature, parent/guardian phone contact and who is picking up next to child's name on class list. Plus they will hand out glow sticks.
Parent supervisors during the disco will be required to wear a neon vest (supplied) and will be the only parents allowed to enter.
Parents on the sign out desk will be required to record parent/guardian signature when child is picked up and hand out sausage voucher and icypole.
