Volunteers needed for " My City, My Biz" Business Expo event taking place this October 15th, 2022 Location- The Collective Marketplace (Bayshore Mall)
5700 N. Bayshore Drive, Glendale Wisconsin, 53217

We are looking for various volunteers in many areas. This is a GREAT opportunity for you to highlight your service base company!

•Has a positive, willing attitude
•Shows up on time (or early) to the volunteer orientation and assigned place of service
•Follows the instructions of the volunteer coordinator for a smooth event
•Understands responsibilities and asks questions if further clarification is needed
•Is a team player willing to work with others in a spirit of cooperation
•Respects the privacy of the speakers, special guests, and executive team

Runner: On the ground and in the middle of the action, Runners are the go-to people who connect Expo exhibitors and attendees with answers and solutions.

Greeter: Stationed at key entry-points, Greeters direct exhibitors to their tables, performers to the stage manager, and attendees to the event's many features, attractions and workshops.

Workshop Moderators and Assistants: make sure the room you are assigned to runs smoothly and on time, you are the personal go to person for that event in the room. (All workshop rooms, city life stage, & sponsor area)

October 15, 2022: 11:00am- 1:30pm

Load-Out: The day has ended, and a warm glow of accomplishment. Load-out volunteers occupy a special place in our hearts. Help vendors bring their items back to their cars and trucks.
