SUNDAY, November 17@ Westminster Presbyterian Church
An info email will be sent out the week of the event.
Dress Code: Please wear all black or concert dress. You will be on your feet for a while, so make sure you have comfy shoes.
Many of you will be guiding attendees from the street. Please wear warm clothes.
Other: We will be providing bottled water.
DAY OF EVENT:
4:30 PM Orientation. Ask for Josh. We will be going over ground rules and questions for helping.
6 PM- Guest will arrive.
6:45 PM -Doors will open. Ushers will help guide guests.
7:00 PM -Music starts. Once all our guests are situated, you are more than welcome to enjoy the concert
