Instructions: Please fill out the sign up page with the name of your child (not your name). If signing up multiple children, please sign up each child separately. Please use the email address and telephone number of the parent or guardian.

The youth (and leaders) are offering a Valentine’s evening drop-in for parents of 12 kids from each church community (FCC and HCCC). Location: FCC at 1229 Windermere. First to sign up will get the spots as spaces are limited. Drop-in available anytime from 6pm earliest drop-off to 8pm pickup, Thursday, February 14. We will provide supper (grilled cheese, fruit and veggies and...), games, craft and maybe a short video. We will keep a waiting list if the sign-up is filled.

(Please note that when signing up here, you will receive a "thank you for volunteering" notification and email. That doesn't mean you are volunteering to help provide child care. This is just the platform we use for signing up for things. Signing up here means that you are requesting to drop off your kids with our youth and leaders for the evening.)
