Manage drop in skaters requests; identify if capacity and coaching support exists; keep drop in skaters about status of their request; orient drop in skaters if permitted to skate

Equipment manager support
Support equipment manager in proper maintenance and repair of VSSC’s equipment, to ensure the club’s critical items are in good working order to support the club’s functions.

Periodic inventory and reconciliation to identify existing equipment and note any losses/changes/issues

Support the club at meets: set up and manage the Whatsapp group; support new racers; bring extra equipment; safety gear; kettle; coordinate team photos; other duties as requested
