70th Year Celebration Volunteer Sign Up Sheet

Welcome to our Event Sign Up

Sunday the 16th November 1pm-6pm is a chance to bring our whole school community together, welcome prospective families and most importantly, enjoy a fun-filled day with something for everyone.

Below is a list of the set up, stalls, carnival games and pack up that we require assistance with.

There will also be other food stalls and attractions for you to enjoy which will be run by external providers.

Please click on an activity you can help with and add your name in a time slot that suits.

Ages 12 and over can sign up and take a place on the roster, but they will need a parent to also sign up and work alongside them.

Under 12s are welcome to help their parent on a stall but cannot take a rostered position.

Adults (18+) can take a place on the roster and all adult volunteers must hold a WWCC.

The ticket sales stall will be run by adults only.

Once you have signed up, post a message in your class chat to let others know you are helping out, as it may encourage someone else to join you.
