4th Grade - Cool Craft Basket signup sheet
The 4th grade classes are compiling items to fill a Craft Basket for the SBS 2023 Auction.
Please have all donations sent into homerooms by Friday, March 10, 2023.
If you prefer to ship a basket item directly to the school, please use this address St. Bernadette School, 266 Main St., Northborough, MA 01532 - Please indicate "4th Grade Craft Basket" in the gift notes.
If you are sending in a cash/check donation towards an item, please make checks payable to St. Bernadette School (memo: 4th grade Craft Basket).
Please place cash/check donations in an envelope with a note designated for the "4th Grade Craft Basket".
We will place a box in each classroom for your Raffle Basket donation.
We would like to thank everyone in advance for helping make these baskets a success!
