2025 Webster City Market Nights Volunteers & Non-Profit Booth signup sheet
Set-up Volunteers will assist with set-up by placing garbage cans, setting up sponsorship signage, unlocking porta-potties, refilling paper towels, and helping the musician with their tent if needed.
Tear-down(put garbage cans by alley, pick up sponsorship signage, lock porta potties, take out napkins from hand washing station, take down barricades, help take down tent for musician, if needed)
Classic Car Nights(4-5 extra people per night) 1 person to help Check-in the Classic Cars, 1-2 person to help direct classic cars to parking spot, 1 person to help with voting booth, 1 person to help with setup and teardown, carry trophies, fish bowls, paper and pens to location
Kids Zone- Help set-up kids games, make sure the games flow through out the night and help direct any partnering groups to the correct location and assist with set-up and tear down
Fresh Produce Volunteer- this is a summer long committment to intake the produce, sourdough, honey etc. and sort it into preordered baskets. People will then come and pick them up during Market or Friday Morning.
Delivery Driver- Is able to load the ready to go baskets and deliver for delivery in the city limits of Webster City. You will need transportation and a phone to help with house locations.
