North Peace Music Festival 2023 signup sheet

Please feel free to sign up for more than one session. Thank you in advance for volunteering!

Job Descriptions:
Music Marshall: Collect music as the performers arrive, place the performance sheet with the music and ensure it is an original copy. Arrange music in a chronological order, and then hand the music to the secretary.
Secretary: Give the performer's music and the adjudicator's paper to the Adjudicator. Announce each performer, record the performer's score, and prepare the certificate.
Host: Welcome everyone the the start of the session, introduce the Adjudicator, explain the rules, and then close the session.
Door: Welcome people as they enter the festival location. Collect money for the sale of programs, raffle tickets, or any merchandise available. Ensure that no one enters during a performance or while the Adjudicator is speaking.

For all sessions we ask that you arrive 20-30 minutes prior to the session starting so that you may ask questions as needed and get prepared for the session before performers start arriving.
