Drive-Thru Flu Shot Clinic and Food Box Distribution signup sheet
Event Date: Sunday December 20th
Event Time: 9:30am-1:30pm
Event Location: MCOE Parking Lot on the corner of M Street and 13th Street across from Sacred Heart Church in Merced
Feel free to sign-up for more than one block of time.
All volunteers will be required to wear an N-95 mask or hospital grade mask and a face shield for safety reasons (we will provide if you do not have), please reach out to me via email at lillian.sanchez@dignityhealth.org or text at 209.345.6391
