7th Grade - Boston Sports Bonanza signup sheet

The seventh grade is compiling items for a Boston Sports basket for the 2023 SBS online Auction.

Please have all donations sent into homerooms by Friday, March 10, 2023

If you prefer to ship a basket item directly to the school, please use this address St. Bernadette School, 266 Main St., Northborough, MA 01532 - Please indicate "7th Grade Boston Sports Basket" in the gift notes.

If you are sending in a cash/check donation toward an item, please make checks payable to St. Bernadette School (memo: Seventh Grade Boston Sports Basket).

Please place cash/check donations in an envelope with a note designated for the "Seventh Grade Boston Sports Basket".

We will place a box in each classroom for your Raffle Basket donation.
