2026 BC Provincial Championship signup sheet

Door - Take admission fee and sell programs (~2-3 hrs)
Numbers - Check for current RSOBHD registration cards and distribute competitor numbers. Complete temporary cards and forms (~1hr)
Line Up - Arrange dancers in correct order and assist them to platform (~3hrs)
Awards - Distribute medals/awards (~30 mins)
Runner - Take the judge’s scoring sheets after the end of each category to the scoring area (~3hrs)
Cleanup - Taking down tables, signs, cleaning, etc. Ensuring venue has no garbage, recycling, or lost items left (~30min - 1 hour)
