Senior Sports Carnival - Thurs 18 & Fri 19 June signup sheet

We are seeking volunteers to help both days of the Senior Sports Carnival.

Thursday 18 June:
- Cooking hot dog sausages
- Warming hot dog buns
- Adding cheese and/ condiments to hot dogs
- Serving hot dogs snack foods and drinks at break times (11-11:30am and 1:30pm-2pm)
- Dedicated GF Server
- Taking payments via cash or card
- Handing out orange slices
- Dishes and clean up of kitchen area
- Stocktake counting and recording products left at end of day
- Selling of State of Origin Tickets

Friday 19 June:
- Serving snack foods and drinks (11-11:30am and 1:30pm-2pm)
- Taking payments via cash or card
- Handing out orange slices
- Dishes and clean up of kitchen area
- Stocktake counting and recording products left at end of day
- Selling of State of Origin Tickets

Even if you can volunteer for an hour it will be a huge help.
If there is a specific task you can/ cannot do, do not help to notify us.

Please arrive to the office and sign in as a volunteer then head to the tuckshop.
We ask you to please arrive 10-15 minutes early to complete a quick induction and be given instructions.
