All Souls Garden Daily Maintenance Sign-up
All Souls’ garden plots are used to grow produce that helps stock our Food Pantry and help with donations to our charity affiliates. We need volunteers 2-3 days a week during the winter months (Nov-Mar) and 4 days a week during our warmer season (Mar-Oct) to help water, weed, check for diseases, and harvest when necessary. The garden operating hours are from 0900-1600. ***** Option to come earlier is an option (0700-0830) but bathroom facilities will be inaccessible.
Be sure to bring water, wear closed-toe shoes, and wear clothes you don’t mind getting dirty. Workdays still take place in light rain but will be canceled in heavy rain ( if you have questions please contact Irene or Anacani).
***If you need to drop your volunteer spot because you are no longer able to attend a shift, please e-mail info@allsoulsokinawa.org and let us know your name and which event and shift you will not be able to attend. If less than 24hrs notice, please call us***
