Open Evening - BBQ signup sheet

The Open Evening BBQ on Friday July 26 requires parent volunteers to assist with the BBQ and refreshment stand. The first shift of the BBQ will include set up of the food and drink service, heating the BBQ and starting to cook for the student food service (we will be feeding approximately 200 students - who are volunteering for the Open Evening).
The school's facilities team will set up the BBQ, during the evening we require parents' assistance to cover cooking, food and distribution. The final team will be required to help with cleaning the BBQs, clean-up of service areas and pack down.
Location - The refreshment area will be set up in the carpark outside Stanley Hall (the area at the very top of the driveway). There will be College tents and some heaters in this area, but it is outside and exposed, so we encourage volunteers to bring a jacket.
