Second Hand Uniform Sale 4th July signup sheet
We need lots of helpers to run our final Uniform Sale of the school year on Saturday 4 July 2026. Even an hour or two makes a big difference.
Volunteers can pre-shop before the sale opens, giving you first choice of the best items.
Ways to help:
Set-Up Team (8:00am–10:00am) – prepare and organise uniform before the sale opens
Full Shift (8:00am–12:00pm) – help with set-up, the sale itself and clear-up
Shorter Shift (9:30am–11:30am) – support during the busiest part of the sale
Clear-Up Team (10:30am–12:00pm) – help pack away and leave the space tidy

Children are very welcome to come along
Parking is available on-site
Helper notes will be sent out in advance so you know exactly what to expect
If you're able to choose the Full Shift, it gives us the greatest flexibility on the day. However, any time you can spare is greatly appreciated.
