Day of Service Event Support on Monday, January 19, 2026 at Grace Chapel (59 Worthen Rd, Lexington) from 8:30AM - 4:00PM signup sheet

On Martin Luther King Jr. Day, the MLK Day of Service will be hosting a series of programs in partnership with LHRC (Lex. Human Rights Cmte). We need volunteer helpers to set-up, support program set-ups and tear down at the end of the day.

Volunteer Role Descriptions:
1) Set-Up help - general set-up, moving tables, labeling tables and arranging posters
2) VOLUNTEER Check-in Booth - Check in volunteers and bring them to their post
3) Greeters - Welcome participants and help them navigate the space. Maybe hand out program flyer
4) Activator Fair Setup - general help with arranging tables and supporting organizations in getting their display set up.
5) Drinks & Refreshments Set-Up - need to wear gloves and mask and arrange food and drinks, cutlery and supplies, compost bins, etc.
6) Host - Drinks/Refreshments - Must wear mask and gloves and help serve drinks/refreshments
